She was welcomed into Glory by her sweetheart, our Daddy, by Doodlebug, (her beloved dog), by a host of family and friends and by her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Joe Milner was a man of uncompromising principle, courage, keen intellect, and unfailing wit, all of which served him well throughout his life and earned him the respect of his troopers, colleagues, friends, and family.
